Honest communication and explanation, but since we had to move that day within a certain time window (freight elevator reservation), I felt my options were pretty limited so I had to pay the difference. Even with that mild initial setback, the work was outstanding, they took great care with all of our items (even items we didn’t necessarily care as much about). This INCLUDED assisting with disassembly of a wall mounted murphy bed that we had to remove from the old apartment but had no intention of keeping/moving to the new one. I had a great experience with this company, and would highly recommend them to anyone.
J. Paul and his crew and pretty amazing. They are super polite – accommodating and listen to every single detail. They take care of each item to make sure they are no issues to furniture and items during the moving process. I highly recommend Blue Diamond Movers.
